Can I buy Standard Process supplements without an appointment?
Yes. Our online store is open to both patients and the public. For personalized wellness guidance, you may schedule a consultation with our clinic.


Who fulfills and ships my order?
All orders are fulfilled directly by Standard Process through their Wisconsin distribution center. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.


How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. only). Weather or carrier delays may extend this slightly during busy seasons or holidays.


Where are Standard Process products made?
Standard Process supplements are manufactured in the USA using whole-food ingredients grown on their certified organic farm in Palmyra, Wisconsin.


Are there purchase limits?
Yes. Per Standard Process guidelines:

  • A maximum of 5 units per product per order

  • A maximum of 3 orders every 7 days

  • A maximum of $1,500 per order


What is your return policy?
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.


Do you offer subscriptions or autoship?
Yes. For convenience, we offer optional recurring deliveries on select products. You can pause or cancel your recurring orders at any time from your account.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay for a fast, secure checkout experience.


Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been fulfilled by Standard Process, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.


Is there a way to learn more about which supplements are right for me?
Yes. You may schedule a wellness consultation with Dr. Jean-Guy Daigneault or a member of our clinical team. We can discuss your general wellness goals and help you understand which types of nutritional support may be appropriate to consider. This consultation does not replace medical care from your primary healthcare provider.
